Being Crafty
For Livy's birthday, she received these adorable homemade bobby pins. Aren't they cute?! So today, I have been making some of my own.
Wow, they look gorgeous! How are the beautiful beaded designs attached the the bobby pin? Amy still refuses to wear anything in her hair, thats the price we paid for her growing hair so late, no time to get used to it. Oh well. I will have to send you a photo of the beaded necklaces I make, I LOVE beading almost as much as crocheting! The compromise, my beaded necklaces are crocheted!
They are simply attached with a little hot glue. I'm sure that I could also use some wire. I will have to experiment with it. I must say that I am still making these (I have about 25 made..I think I got a little out of control!). I still need to attach all of them.
So cute! Looks tricky, I'm very impressed!!!
