It had to be Hello Kitty!

Olivia received her first bike for her second birthday. A lovely purple and pink Radio Flyer tricycle. She loved it and naturally this year it would be too small. Poor thing has been riding around with her knees hitting the handlebars.

Livy found a bike instantly that she loved, but after seeing the price tag of $70 I thought otherwise. At home she would talk about saving her money for the Hello Kitty bike. I just didn't think I could pull off the special bike she was requesting.


Thankfully a friend was needing to find a new home for her daughters old bike and we knew that it would be perfect for us. All it needed was some Hello Kitty flare (basket, bell and streamers) and now I have an extremely happy child!



The joys of childhood!

    Wel done, no wshe has a Unique Hello Kitty bike - not just one you can get down at the shops but a made for Livy special!!

    So sweet, glad you were able to snag one and deck it out for far less! :) At that age they don't know the difference of store bought Hello Kitty or an add on. Good for you!
